I had a wonderful experience working with Big Ben to renovate my home. My renovation came out dreamy and I am very happy with the results! The renovation included a complete gut, a rebuild of the kitchen and both bathrooms, new floors, new recessed lighting, new doors, baseboards, and crown molding, and a complete rebuild of all closet interiors. We hired Issac and his team to do a rigorous renovation of our house. They did an excellent job, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. They demolished the existing kitchen, filled in a doorway, updated the electrics, put in new floor tile, and installed lighting. Our 1980’s built custom home has needed many updates. Our contractor, Issac, owner of Big Ben, recently completed two bathroom projects for us; replacing a standing shower in a smaller bathroom, and significant work in the master bathroom which involved moving the location of the tub and shower. Issac reviewed the project a few days after I first called, and I had a written estimate within 2 business days. He worked to give us options to stay within budget but also gave us tradeoffs for things we wanted. The Big Ben Team are great listeners, but especially at the beginning of the process.
